Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of teams. Some I’ve led, others I’ve been a part of, some have been successful, some have failed on the launch pad.
When I look back at the one single thing that has killed the ones that fail, it’s always the same thing — Apathy.
Apathy thrives in an environment with little to no emotion, excitement, passion, or drive.
